8:45 AM, 莊洸賢 called 黃頂力 and said that he had already prepaid the $3000 deposit to the Tunghai Alumni Hotel for room reservation this morning. 莊洸賢 also mentioned that 莊振君 just returned to Taiwan yesterday night. 莊振君 and he had already spoken over the phone.

Could any one of you please 就近先代付校友會館訂房訂金 $3000? 秀瑤 is unable to do this. (Ref: www.hf123.com/thu-chem-24/sharon-2002-08-27.htm & www.hf123.com/thu-chem-24/memo-2002-09-09-2.htm.)

在8月22日我已打電話把校友會館和招待所11月2日剩餘的空房全部訂下，共13間，可住24人。分別為校友會館：1大(住2人)--2間、2小(住2人)--2間、3小(住3人)--1間、2大(住4人)--1間；招待所單人房(住1人)--5間、雙人房(住2人)--2間。

訂房必須要用人名不可用24屆化學系，所以我就用我名字(黃頂力)訂，並還留下鄭秀瑤的名字(因為是東海老師)。

由於這些房間恐怕不夠住。如果可能，可否請與校友會館再查看還有沒有空房？同時，如果有人退房，可否請他們優先保留給我們？
