Thanks a lot for helping buy 水果, 飲料, 紙杯, 紙盤 & 紙巾.

Right now the total numbers of attendees are: 
Adults 34 (21男13女, including Prof. Chow), 
Children 22 (15男7女, 8 big, 4 medium, 10 small). 

The total beget we may have is $33,000. Below are the breakdown of budget. Your comments and suggestions are more than welcome.

Dinner: <$24,000 (it's better to keep below, as we may need spare money for other affairs)
茶點, 獎品: $5,000
水果, 飲料, 紙杯, 紙盤, 紙巾: $2,000
Slide Show, CDs, copy, mails: $2000 

Health will be a consideration in our food and drink selection.

世冠 could you please responsible for buying 紙杯, 紙盤, 紙巾, some 飲料 (juices such as cranberry juice, orange juice, etc.), and some 水果 (of current season or imported such as ?)?

Arlarng could you please be responsible for buying some 飲料 (bottled water), some 水果 (of current season or imported such as ?) and some 茶點 (will tell you later as I will go to market tomorrow to see what I can buy)?

For the 水果, you may discuss or communicate with each other so that you don't buy the same ones.
